Challenge 28, also called level 183, has a compass cost of 3. You have to create a Mythical Idol to win the challenge, and the Goal Stars are to create 5 Blessed Sprout, Merge Skulls, and Merge Tiny Ponds. The potential rewards are Small Remains, Peacat Egg, and Druid Stone.

Merge Magic Challenge 28 Walkthrough
You will begin this challenge by merging your available Ancient Sapling, creating a group of three with those two in the lefthand Cursed Land. This will create a Small Ancient Tree. Then you want to merge that with the ones on the righthand Cursed Land.
Now, there’s an available Peacat Egg. Make a group of three with the two on the righthand Cursed Land. Use it to harvest your Ancient Tree until a Forest Underwood’s harvested. Merge this with those two on the lefthand Cursed Land. This will create a Blessed Sprout.
The next step is to merge this Blessed Sprout with those two on the righthand Cursed Land, creating a Blessed Flower. Have your Peacat harvest it until you have 3 Minor Blessings. Merge these in a group of five with the two on the lefthand cursed Land.
Harvest your Ancient Tree until you’ve gotten one Ancient Leaf. Merge this with the two on the lefthand Cursed Land. Merge a Little Blessing Orb that you got from the previous paragraph with two more on the lefthand Cursed Land. Harvest your Ancient Tree again until you have one Forest Underwood, assuming you don’t have one already.
Merge this with the two on the lefthand Cursed Land. Merge your other Little Blessing Orb with those two on the lefthand Cursed Land. Harvest your Ancient Tree to get one Ancient Leaf assuming you don’t have one already. Merge it with the two on the lefthand Cursed Land.
Keep harvesting your Blessed Flower until you have 7 Minor Blessings. Merge five of them in a group with 4 available ones and one on the lefthand Cursed Land. Then merge the final three in a group. Merge those three Little Blessing Orbs together. Then merge the five Young Blessing Orbs (three available ones and two on the righthand Cursed Land).
Finishing Up
Merge your Blessed Flower and those on the righthand Cursed Land, then activate that Area Blesser. Harvest your Ancient Tree until a Forest Underwood is gotten, and then merge it with those on the righthand Cursed Land. Scatter the Small Remains by tapping on Large Remains, then merge them with the ones to the right. They’re beside a Blessing Orb.
Merge two available Blessing Orbs with one on Cursed Land. Then Harvest your Ancient Tree to get one Ancient Leaf. This you want to merge with the two on the righthand Ancient Land. Merge five Blessed Sprouts to get two available Blessed Flowers. Merge these with the one on the lefthand Cursed Land.
Merge those two available Blessed Flowers with that one on the lefthand Cursed Land, and activate that Area Blesser. Keep harvesting your Ancient Tree until you have a Forest Underwood, and then merge it with the righthand Cursed Land.
Activate another area Blesser and then attack those two available Evil Statues. Merge the three Blessed Blooms together, and then merge the Sapling resulting from those two on the righthand Cursed Land. Before attacking the Evil Statue, free it by activating the Area Blesser. Finally, merge the Broken Idols to win the level.
