How to Breed the Ghazt on Plant Island

Breeding Ghazts is done at the Breeding Structure using a combination of the following monsters; the Boggart, the T-Rox, the Pummel, Clamble, and the Entbrat. Keep in mind that the Entbrat has to be one of the two monsters being bred.

In other words, each combination MUST include the Entbrat. In addition, the second monster needed has to be a three-element monster.

Using the following four combinations, players have the chance to breed the Ghazt:

  • Entbrat T-Rox
  • Entbrat Bowgart
  • Entbrat Clamble
  • Entbrat Pummel

Expect it to take a while, as the Ghazt takes 36 hours to breed, or 27 hours enhanced (using the Enhanced Breeding Structure), or 36 diamonds to finish instantly; almost no one gets it on their first try.

Out of the five islands plant island is the location where the Ghazt must be bred on. However, once it has reached level 15, players can transport it to the Ethereal Island. Doing this will permanently move it there. Keep in mind that doing this will result in the Ghazt leveling down to level 1.

Once you have a pair of the above monsters, tap on the Breeding Structure. Before continuing, read our tips section, which explains how to speed up breeding Ghazts. Once read, select the two monsters and click the Breed Button (with the Heart).

Players can breed a Rare Ghazt using the same method explained above; that is, using a combination of Entbrat and T-Rox.

What is a Ghazt

The Ghazt is an ultra-rare monster in My Singing Monsters that was released on the 14th of June, 2013. Big Blue Bubble Inc, the developers, designed it as a single-element monster that takes five beds. The Ghazt is highly sought-after, with many players trying to breed the Ghazt. However, getting the monster takes a long time due to its rarity.

The Ghazt’s sound changes depending on whether it’s on the Plant or Ethereal island. In both places, it plays an electronic keyboard. In-game, the Ghazt taps on one of its five floating orbs to play its sound.

Now that’s been explained, let’s look at how to breed Ghazt in MSM!

What Are The Chances of Breeding a Ghazt?

Every time the proper combination of monsters is used, the Ghazt has approximately 1% chance of being bred. That is to say, the monster is difficult to obtain!

Can You Use Rare Monsters to Breed Ghazt?

Players can breed a Ghazt using two parents that are Rare Monsters; in other words, combining a Rare Entbrat and a Rare T-Rox has the chance to produce a Ghazt.

How Do I Breed a Ghazt in One Try? Tips and Tricks

Breeding Ghazts can take a LONG time. Trust me, I had to get a Ghazt myself in order to make this article. If you are trying to breed a Ghazt monster remember this list containing the most valuable tips and tricks that I used to decrease the time it took.

1. Buy Bonus Breeding Structure

You will want to if you haven’t already bought an extra Breeding Structure. For only 40 gems, it doubles the rate you can breed monsters.

2. Check Events For Bonuses

My Singing Monsters will often host events that increase the percentage change of breeding a rare or ultra-rare monster. In the past, the developers have made events that improve the chance by 500%!

3. Use Wishing Torches

Breeding Structure in My Singing Monsters with Wishing Torches

Wishing Torches increase the chance of finding rare or ultra-rare monsters like the Ghazt by up to 10% (1% for each lit torch). Using your friend code, you can add friends. Each friend will allow you to light up one wishing torch. Once you have lit up some torches, click on the Breeding Structure, which will display how many are active (at the bottom).

4. Monster Levels

Ensure that the monster being bred are at least level four. A requirement for rare and ultra-rare monsters is that their parents were at least level four.

5. Use Mines for Gems

Gems can be harvested using the mine, which can help you in two ways. If you haven’t already got the second Breeding Structure, you can save 40 gems to purchase it. Alternatively, you can spend gems to instantly finish the egg’s hatching process.
