How To Sleep in Zero Sievert (Walkthrough)

Zero Sievert is an intense adventure that tests your ability to endure. You’ll be battling various opponents, including some daunting bosses. To survive, it’s crucial to keep your fatigue and health levels in check.

A simple yet effective way to do this is by taking quality naps. Unfortunately, many players new to the game are unfamiliar with sleeping, which is why we’ve created this guide.

This video game guide will dive into how to sleep in Zero Sievert and how it affects your gameplay.

How to Sleep & Rest in Zero Sievert

You need to find a bed to get a good night’s rest in this virtual world. Luckily, there’s one nearby – head down the corridor to the right of the bar, past the restrooms, and you’ll find a room with two comfy beds.

To use the bed, interact with it by setting the time and hitting the “sleep” button. Your character will fall into a deep sleep, and their health and energy will be fully restored.

After a good night’s sleep, you might find that your food and liquid levels have dropped. No need to worry, though!

You can always stock up at the Barman or various traders at your Bunker. And if you’re feeling a bit more creative, you can even craft your supplies at the workbench, as long as you have the ingredients.

This will give you the best chance to fully restore your fatigue so that you can jump back into action with a fresh start.

A Way To Boost Your Energy Without Sleep

But what if you don’t have the time for a whole night’s sleep or don’t know how to sleep? No problem! An alternative option is available for those looking to regain energy without knowing the proper way to sleep.

That is to consume drinks, such as a cup of coffee or tea. These will reduce your fatigue by 13 and 8, respectively, but there’s a catch. Each time you consume one of these items, you’ll also receive a small dose of radiation.

Final Words

Now you do not need to worry about how to sleep in Zero Sievert; with this guide, you’ll have all the information you need to get the most out of your sleeping experience and stay ahead in the game. So, what are you waiting for? Get some rest, replenish your energy, and get back to battling those opponents!
