How To Breed An Oaktopus

The best way players can breed an Oaktopus is by combining a Potbelly + Toe Jammer with no specific breeding location needed. An Oaktopus can also be obtained by breeding any Plant Element Monster with any Water Element Monster.

A player must be at level 9 or higher to breed an Oaktopus. The default breeding time of an Oaktopus is 8 hours. When enhanced, the breeding time is reduced to 6 hours. They can also be bought for 30 diamonds. 

It is important to note that on Shugabush Island specifically, an Oaktopus must be bought or teleported to the island from any Natural Island when it reaches level 15. On Shugabush Island, an Oaktopus appearance will differ slightly with an additional bird’s nest located on its head.

Below is a brief list of possible Oaktopus breeding combinations:

  • Plant Element Monster + Water Element Monster

How To Breed A Rare Oaktopus

Players can breed a Rare Oaktopus by combining a Potbelly + Toe Jammer at any location. Breeding any Plant Element Monster with any Water Element Monster may also produce a Rare Oaktopus. Additionally, any failed breeding attempt that includes an Oaktopus could make a Rare Oaktopus. 

The chance of breeding a Rare Oaktopus is 20%. Since Rare Monsters can only be bred at certain times, the most effective breeding method is the monster combination mentioned above.

The default breeding time for a Rare Oaktopus is 10 hours, 30 minutes, with an enhanced time of 7 hours, 52 minutes, and 30 seconds. It can also be bought for 40 diamonds. Much like the Common Oaktopus, the same rules about Shugabush Island apply to the Rare Oaktopus.

A Rare Oaktopus is darker green in color and has two arms. Instead of bunches of leaves on its head, it has yellow hair and a yellow beard. Additionally, its mouth is usually open and it has large brown circles around its eyes.


How To Breed An Epic Oaktopus

Players can breed an Epic Oaktopus by combining a Bowgart + Shrubb on Plant Island. Other breeding combinations include the following:

  • Cold Island: Spunge + Pango
  • Water Island: Reedling + Fwog
  • Psychic Island: Rootitoot + Bonkers
  • Shugabush Island: Shugabush + Quibble

An Epic Oaktopus has an incubation time of 1 day, 7 hours, with an enhanced time of 23 hours, 15 minutes. It can also be bought for 150 diamonds. As an Epic Monster, it can only be obtained during set times, such as special occasions. 

The appearance of an Epic Oaktopus is drastically different from its other variants. Its body is brown and its feet and hands are webbed. On its head are 4 yellow feathers. Its eyes are neon green and its arms and face have green vines growing around it.


What Is An Oaktopus

An Oaktopus is a Plant and Water Element Monster. Although it is never seen holding an instrument, the Oaktopus still participates by singing and harmonizing. Its voice is typically low and raspy.

The Oaktopus is fond of the Fwog, Clamble, Thumpies, Rootitoot, and Reflecting Pool. When placed near Monsters and items it likes, its happiness will increase by 25%.
