How To Get Drain Punch (TM073) in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Drain Punch (TM073) is only available to Pokémon that can learn fighting-type moves. This move has the player’s Pokémon punch the opponent while healing half of the damage it takes. The move is useful in many scenarios because of its 75 Power, 100 Accuracy, and 10 Power Points (PP). Here’s where to get the ingredients needed to make Drain Punch (TM073).

Where to Find Drain Punch (TM073)

Drain Punch can be found in two spots in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. The Watchtower, located south of Artazon and overlooking regions 3 and 5 and South Province, is the first spot players will find it. Climb the staircase until players reach the first platform of the Watchtower and look for Drain Punch TM.

The second place is in the East Province region, between regions 2 and 3. Look for the tiniest island in the center of Zapapico and Levincia, where the Great Crater may also be seen on the map.

How to Craft Drain Punch (TM073)

Yes, Drain Punch may be produced, but only after defeating the captain of Team Star Fairy Crew. The following are the materials required to make Drain Punch:

  • 3 Crabrawler Shell
  • 5 Croagunk Poison
  • 3 Mankey Fur
  • 8000 League Points (LP)

It may be created continuously if players have the components above in players inventory.

How to Get League Points Quickly

Another simple approach to get a lot of League Points (LP) is to look for the Tera Raid crystals scattered over the area. When players engage with a crystal, they will get League Points (LP) based on the difficulty of the raid associated with that crystal, including the event Tera Raids.

Players will get League Points (LP) whether or not they engage in the raid. So, when players move throughout the region fulfilling goals, they may interact with any raids in their way fast before moving on, and their League Points (LP) supply will grow swiftly.

Staying in the raid to defeat will reward the player with valuable commodities that can be exchanged for League Points (LP).
