Tails Cookie Build Description
Tails Cookie is an Ambush Type Cookie that stands in the middle of his team. His skill, known as Tails’ Spin Dash, makes Tails turn into a ball and rush towards enemies. He deals DMG to each enemy that he hits. This skill also increases the DEF of his allies.
The Tails’ Spin Dash skill has a 17 second cooldown time. The total DMG dealt is 202.5% with an additional 2.75% DMG per level up. His teammates’ DEF is boosted by 15% for 7 seconds when this skill is activated.

However, if players do already have him, his skill’s DMG is quite high and the DEF boost for his teammates can be useful. It all depends on what teammates and treasures he is paired up with. On his own though, he is not known to be the first choice Ambush Cookie out of all the other Cookies available in the game currently.
Tails Cookie is a Special Tier Cookie with a C Ranking. As a Special Cookie, he is not available in the Gacha. He was only available during the Sonic event and is currently not obtainable in Cookie Run Kingdom.
